  • Phase 4 mainline water work complete up to Fort
  • The intersection of 11th and Fort is closed for roadwork and pedestrian modifications
  • Contractor started back up on October 3rd at the intersection of Fort and 11th. All four corners are demoed and electrical work ongoing.
