5th Avenue, State Avenue to North End - Substantially complete.
5th Avenue, Franklin Road to Bower Street - Substantially complete. Waiting on landscaping.
Bower Street, 2nd Street to East End - Substantially complete. Minor concrete items remain. Waiting on landscaping.
State Avenue, 2nd Street to Cathy Lane - Irrigation work ongoing. Mainline curbing is scheduled for the week of November 7th.
Washington Avenue, 4th Street to Cathy Lane - Paving complete. Minor housekeeping items remain.
