FAQs
How long does the roadwork take?
The cul-de-sac will be closed for approximately four hours.
What do residents need to do?
Please do not park in the cul-de-sac during the slurry seal process. We encourage you to park outside of the cul-de-sac, should you need to leave during the four-hour time period.
When can I drive on the cul-de-sac?
After the treatment has had four hours to cure, you can resume driving on the road. However, it will take approximately 30 days for the seal to completely cure.
Why are there loose rocks on the road after the slurry?
It is common to see some of the rock in the slurry seal become loose over the next month. The contractor will be by to sweep up the excess rock at the end of the project.
