This project is substantially complete

In early May, the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) will start construction on the 2023 Arterial and Collector Capital Maintenance project. This project consists of pavement rehabilitation on Blacks Creek Road from the I-84 westbound onramp to S Upper Blacks Creek Road as part of ACHD’s Pavement Management Program. Construction is anticipated to be completed in July 2023.*

Construction Impacts:

  • Lane restrictions with flaggers
  • Temporary closures
  • General construction noise, dust, equipment backup alarms and ground vibration
  • Crews will work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. unless otherwise approved
  • The contractor will work with property owners to minimize construction impacts

*Due to high demand for contractors, labor and supplies, construction schedules may change.
