- Installing the City of Star's sewer and water at Floating Feather - ongoing.
- Foothill Ditch - complete.
- Lateral 12 - Canal - Concrete forms in place. Placing concrete March 2.
- Floating Feather - Utilities are still being moved. Headwall complete. Starting to place culvert pieces.
