Columbia Village Neighborhood Improvements
This project will identify improvements to create a safe, comfortable, and convenient bicycle and pedestrian network on:
- Holcomb Road
- Eastgate Drive
- Lake Forest Drive
- Grand Forest Drive
This project will also create clear north-south and east-west connections across the Boise Columbia Village area to improve safety for students and residents walking and biking to Trail Wind Elementary, East Boise Junior High, local parks, and nearby businesses.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m.; however, this project is one of several agenda items and may not be the first item discussed. ACHD staff will make a brief presentation followed by an opportunity for public comment before the Commission acts.
HOW TO ATTEND
- In-person - Join us at 3775 Adams Street in the Auditorium.
- Virtually - The meeting will be live-streamed and members of the public who wish to watch and ask questions can do so using Zoom. Meeting log in information can be found here(External link)(External link).
