- Albion to Franklin - Installing irrigation lines and storm drain.
- Emerald to Bethel - Irrigation work started March 6th.
- Franklin Intersection - Crossing with Irrigation. Flagging intersection starting March 14th. Patching Franklin Road on March 20th.
