Phase 1 - McMullen to Holiday Drive - Complete.
Phase 2 - Holiday Drive - work ongoing - C&G complete - pipe pressure test complete.
Phase 3 - Holiday Drive and Randolph - Pipe install, and pressure test complete. Curb and gutter installation complete. Tentatively planning to pave the week of November 6th, weather dependent.
