- Install a new pedestrian hybrid beacon (PHB) across Star Road just south of Hercules Drive.
- Construct a new 10-foot-wide pedestrian bridge across the Lawrence Kennedy Canal.
- The existing sidewalk along the west side of Star Road, near Hercules Drive, will be widened to a 10-foot concrete pathway.
