- 9th Street, Idaho Street to Bannock Street - Waterline work by Veolia is complete. ACHD’s project started March 4th. 9th Street will be closed during the work. The existing signal at 9th Street & Bannock Street has been removed. New signal installation is on-going. Concrete sidewalk work is scheduled to be done the week of March 25th . Removal of existing asphalt is scheduled to start March 26th.
