- State Street, 2nd Street to east of 4th Street - Waiting on bioretention beds to be completed.
- State Street/16th Street intersection - Bore complete across State Street for electrical. Road closures and lane restrictions have started.
- 16th Street is closed.
- State Street is reduced to one lane in each direction.
- Demo has started on both the north and south side of State Street.
