  • State Street, 2nd Street to east of 4th Street - Waiting on bioretention beds to be completed.
  • State Street/16th Street intersection - Road closures and lane restrictions have started.
    • 16th Street is closed.
    • State Street is reduced to one lane in each direction.
    • Demo has started on both the north and south side of State Street.
    • Electrical contractor is nearly complete with underground.
