Work is on State Street, 2nd Street to east of 4th Street and the State Street/16th Street intersection.
- Curbing is complete.
- Paving complete.
- Electrical work ongoing - prepped for signal poles after paving is complete.
- Striping complete.
- Anticipate re-opening the road early December after signals are installed.
