As part of the Ada County Highway District’s (ACHD) Cul-de-Sac Maintenance Program, ACHD will reconstruct and repave several cul-de-sacs in Ada County, starting as early as June 2025.

One week prior to work starting, message boards will be placed at the entrance of your neighborhood. The project is expected to be completed by late August.*

Cul-de-sacs included in the work:

  • Penick Pointe Court, north of Penncross Way
  • Limelight Street, east of Gary Lane
  • Peachtree Street and Yorgason Way, east of Bluegrass Avenue
  • Ada Street, east of 10th Street

Construction impacts:

  • Access to driveways in the cul-de-sac may be restricted for a portion of the project duration and on-street parking in the project area will be limited during the span of the construction work
  • General construction noise, dust, equipment backup alarms, and ground vibration
  • Crews will work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. unless otherwise approved

*Construction schedules may change due to high demand for contractors, labor, and supplies.
