February 7, 2025 - Detour Map Information - Broadway - On Hold

Beginning next week, Broadway Avenue in Meridian will be closed as part of ACHD’s 2025 Meridian Downtown Pavement and Pedestrian Improvements project.

Starting Monday, Broadway Avenue will be closed from East 3rd Street to East 6th Street.

To get around the closure, commuters should use either North Main Street or East 5th Street up to East State Avenue (see detour map).

These roads are expected to reopen at the end of May.

• Broadway Ave, E 3rd Street to E 6th Street
• Cherry Ave, NW 4th Street to Meridian Rd - Road closure has been implemented and contractor has started to mobilize materials.
• Idaho Ave, W 8th St to Meridian Rd
• Maple Ave, W 1st Street to Meridian Rd - Road closure has been implemented and contractor has started to mobilize materials.
• Washington St, NW 7th Street to Meridian Rd o E 2nd Street, Idaho Ave to Pine Ave
• E 4th Street, Broadway Ave to State Ave
• W 2nd Street, Cherry Ave to Cherry Lane
• W 3rd Street, Pine Ave to north end - Road closure has been implemented and contractor has started to mobilize materials.
• NW 4th Street, Broadway Ave to Maple Ave - Road closure has been implemented and contractor has started to mobilize materials.
• NW 6th Street, Carlton Ave to Washington St
• NW 7th Street, McFadden Ave to Washington St
