Victory to Century Way - Complete.
Century Way and Cole Intersection - Sidewalk removal started July 30th. Storm drain complete on west side. Electrical conduit being placed. Pole bases placed. Curb installation on-going. Utility in conflict with sidewalk.
Spectrum and Cole Intersection - Pole bases placed.
