• Culvert ongoing.
• Floor placed, working on walls.
• Walls complete, lid ongoing.
• Swale ongoing.

Phase 2

• Clearing and grubbing Aikens Street for utilities to relocate lines.
• Veolia working on Aikens installing new waterline.
• Eagle Sewer starting February 3rd on 2nd Street.
• Storm drain and irrigation will begin once Veolia is complete.
