When will construction happen?
The Boise Avenue Bridge project, originally scheduled to begin in summer 2025, has been delayed. Construction is now expected to begin in early spring 2026.
Note: Construction schedules may change due to high demand for contractors, labor, and supplies.
Is this an emergency closure?
No. This is planned, routine maintenance as part of ACHD’s Bridge Preventative Maintenance Program. The work is intended to extend the life of the structure and keep the bridge safe and reliable.
