Utility work started in advance of construction and is complete for the first phase of work.
Liberty Street is closed to northbound traffic between Douglas Street and Denton Street.
Liberty Street is open to one-lane, one-way traffic in the southbound direction between Douglas Street and Denton Street.
The asphalt has been milled off the east side of the road.
Seepage beds, irrigation work, City of Boise sewer work and storm drain pipe are complete for this phase of work.
Contractor is excavating and placing gravel for the roadway.
Concrete work is anticipated to start in mid-April
