Utility work started in advance of construction and is on-going.
Liberty Street is closed to northbound traffic between Douglas Street and Denton Street.
Liberty Street is open to one-lane, one-way traffic in the southbound direction between Douglas Street and Denton Street.
The asphalt has been milled off the east side of the road.
Excavation for seepage beds began January 12th and is on-going.
City of Boise sewer work, storm sewer pipe and irrigation pipe will start in late January
