Utility work started in advance of construction and is complete for the first phase of work.
Liberty Street is closed to northbound traffic between Franklin Road and Denton Street.
Liberty Street is open to one-lane, one-way traffic in the southbound direction between Franklin Road and Denton Street.
Seepage beds, irrigation work, City of Boise sewer work and storm drain pipe are complete for this phase of work.
Contractor is excavating and placing gravel for the roadway.
Concrete for curb & gutter and sidewalk on the east side started May 7th and is on-going.
Asphalt paving for Phase 1 is scheduled for early June.
Work on the west side of the roadway is scheduled to begin in late June.
