East side of Linder Rd - Sidewalk installation remaining. Block wall installation ongoing.

West side of Linder Rd - Pole bases and conduits are being placed. The curb being placed from State Street to Saguaro Dr. is complete. Sidewalk installation is ongoing. Bottom lift is complete.

Saquaro Dr to Floating Feather - Pole bases are being placed. Road base installation is ongoing.

Foothills Bridge - Rail remaining.

Dry Creek Bridge - Complete.

Floating Feather and Linder Roundabout - Utilities relocating facilities. Road is sub-graded. Storm drain is installed. Underground power conduit installation is ongoing. Development will install sewer line starting August 7th - Ongoing. Forming and placing sidewalk once sewer is complete.
