  • Utility work started in advance of construction and is on-going.
  • Speed calming measures installed.
  • Linder Road will be closed November 18th through mid-March 2026.


  • Foothills Bridge - Bridge removed. Dewatering setup. Footings placed.
  • Dry Creek Bridge - Precast being fabricated. Starting on east side for installation.


  • Utilities - Relocation continuing for: Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas & Veolia.
