• Curb is complete from State Street to Saguaro Dr.
• Sidewalk installation is ongoing.
• Bottom lift of paving is complete.

Saguaro Dr to Floating Feather

• Road base installation is ongoing.
• Curb is being placed.
• Wall is being installed.
• Sidewalk is being placed after wall is complete.

Floating Feather and Linder Roundabout

• Underground power is complete.
• Finishing subgrade.
• Curb is being placed on the roundabout.
• Concrete paving is ongoing.

Linder Road anticipated being open to Beacon Light by December 5th.
