  • Locust Grove and Victory intersection - concrete footings placed March 8th. Water line work - ongoing. Idaho Power relocating lines - anticipated complete by April 1st. Box culvert placed March 16th - Wingwalls placed. Backfilling culvert. Placing of the subgrade on the 27th.
  • Locust Grove - Nine Mile Creek - complete.
  • Excavating heading north from Doberman - ongoing. Placing base west side of road.
  • Excavating west side of Locust Grove between Mastiff and Overland - ongoing. Installing waterline on Coastline.
