- Locust Grove and Victory intersection - concrete footings placed on March 8th. Water line ongoing. Intermountain Gas ongoing. Idaho Power relocating lines - anticipated complete by April 1st. Placing culvert starting March 16th.
- Locust Grove - Nine Mile Creek - placing rebar for headwalls. Concrete planned for the 9th. Excavation heading north from Doberman - ongoing. Placing base on west side of the road. Excavating west side of Locust Grove between Mastiff and Overland - ongoing.
