- Locust Grove and Victory intersection - concrete footings placed March 8th. Water line is ongoing. Idaho Power relocating lines - anticipated complete by April 1st. Box culvert placed March 16th. Wingwalls placed, backfilling culvert week of the 27th.
- Locust Grove - Nine Mile Creek - Backfill complete. Excavation heading north from Doberman - ongoing. Placing base on west side of the road. Excavating west side of Locust Grove between Mastiff and Overland - ongoing.
