Marigold Street and Coffey Street Pipe Repair Project

Starting as early as July 6, the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) will begin work on the southwest corner of the Marigold Street and Coffey Street Intersection. Construction is expected to be complete by Late July. *

The purpose of this project is to replace a section of failed irrigation pipe, update irrigation infrastructure, replace a pedestrian ramp on the southwest corner of the intersection, and repair the surrounding asphalt.

Construction Impacts

Work will be completed in two phases:

• Phase 1: Marigold Street will be closed between Garrett Street and Coffey Street. Local access on Marigold Street will be allowed at Garrett Street, with a hard closure at Coffey Street.

• Phase 2: Once Marigold Street is reopened, Coffey Street will be closed. Local access will be maintained at Chinden Boulevard with a hard closure on Marigold Street.

• General construction noise, dust, equipment backup alarms and ground vibration.
• Crews will work from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
