Construction to start mid-April

Improvements to the Orchard and Franklin intersection will start as early as mid-April 2024*. Work is expected to be complete September 2024.

Traffic and Construction Impacts

• Lane restrictions with flagging
• Pedestrian detours
• Night work is to be expected. Crews may work 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• General construction noise, including equipment backup alarms, dust and ground vibration.
• The contractor will coordinate with property and business owners to maintain access or provide alternative access.
