  • Rose Hill and Owyhee intersection is closed for the duration of the project.
  • Pedestrian detour in place for school traffic. Bike lanes are closed as well.
  • Base material import and grading is complete.
  • Irrigation work complete.
  • Light pole bases and electrical boxes are set.
  • Curb and gutter being placed.
  • Concrete island and various sidewalk/ped ramps have been placed.
