Rose Hill and Owyhee intersection is closed for the duration of the project.
Pedestrian detour in place for school traffic. Bike lanes are closed as well.
Concrete placements complete.
Block wall installation complete on three of the four corners.
Additional bikeway signage and devices are to be added next week.
Asphalt paving is on-going.

This project is substantially complete.
