The Rose Hill and Owyhee Intersection Study was adopted by the ACHD Commission on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. The adopted concept will add a mini roundabout at the Rose Hill and Owyhee intersection with rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs).
