The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is currently designing a mini roundabout for the Rose Hill and Owyhee intersection. The goal is to increase safety for people walking and biking across Rose Hill and to slow motor vehicle speeds near and through the intersection.

After working with the community to determine the best intersection treatment and adopting the concept design in 2021, ACHD is ready to seek your feedback on the mini-roundabout design before it is finalized in early 2023.

Improvements Include

• A mini roundabout at the Rose Hill and Owyhee intersection
• Painted crosswalks with Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) at each pedestrian crossing
• Buffered sidewalk around the intersection and bike ramps on Rose Hill
• Intersection lighting
