6th Street intersection concrete placement complete.
4th and 5th intersections are open to north/south traffic.
Concrete placement between 6th and 8th is complete.
Sidewalks and ped ramp work ongoing between 6th and 8th.
Landscape work ongoing.

This project is substantially complete.
