8th Street electrical/fiber work complete.
Contractor has moved east and continues to prep road base from 6th to 8th.
Concrete paving complete between 4th and 5th St.
Anticipate opening 4th and 5th intersections as early as next week.
Power and fiber for signals nearly complete.
Sidewalks and ped ramp work ongoing between 4th and 5th.
Landscapers to follow.

This project is substantially complete.
