8th Street electrical/fiber work ongoing.
Idaho Power vault needs to be lowered.
IP working with engineer consultant to retrofit box to meet new grades.
Contractor has moved east and continues to prep road base from 6th to 8th.
Concrete paving complete between 4th and 5th St. South side of 5th complete.
Power and fiber for signals nearly complete.
Sidewalks and ped ramp work started between 4th and 5th.
Landscapers to follow.
