Utility relocation work is complete for the first phase of work.
Traffic calming plan has been implemented in the neighborhoods north of State Street.
Traffic has been shifted to the south so the Contractor can construct the north side of State Street.
Left turns have been eliminated through the work zone.
Underground electrical work is on-going for street lighting and for the new signal at Pierce Park.
The new signal at Pierce Park was activated the night of January 14th. Traffic on Pierce Park has been shifted onto the new concrete pavement on the west side of Pierce Park.
Concrete for sidewalk, curb, and gutter is complete on the east leg for this phase and on-going at the intersection and on the west leg.
Asphalt paving is complete on the east and north legs of the intersection for this phase and on-going on the west leg.
Concrete paving is complete on the east leg and west leg for this phase, and on-going at the intersection and on the north leg.
Work is weather dependent.
