  • Utility relocation work is on-going.
  • Traffic calming plan has been implemented in the neighborhoods north of State Street.
  • Traffic has been shifted to the south so the Contractor can construct the north side of State Street.
  • Left turns have been eliminated through the work zone.
  • Contractor is excavating the north side of State Street. Some work is delayed pending utility work.
  • Underground electrical work is on-going.
