Work began January 20th.
Contractor is removing trees, fence, and other obstructions.
Utility relocation work is on-going. Irrigation work is on-going.
Traffic calming plan was implemented in the neighborhoods north of State Street beginning the week of March 10th.
Traffic will be shifted to the south as early as March 19th (eastbound) & March 20th (westbound). Work will be done at night.
