Traffic calming plan has been implemented in the neighborhoods north of State Street.
Eastbound traffic is on the south side of State Street. Westbound traffic was shifted onto the new pavement on the north side of State Street on the night of March 31st. The work zone is currently in the middle of State Street.
Left turns have been eliminated through the work zone.
Work on Pierce Park Lane is mostly complete.
Contractor placing base gravels in the center work zone for concrete and asphalt paving.
Concrete paving for Phase 2 is complete.
Asphalt paving for Phase 2 is scheduled for the week of May 18th.
The traffic shift to the 3rd and final phase is scheduled for the end of May.
