Traffic calming plan has been implemented in the neighborhoods north of State Street.
Eastbound traffic is on the south side of State Street.
Westbound traffic was shifted onto the new pavement in the middle of State Street on the night of May 21st.
The work zone is currently on the south side of State Street.
Left turns have been eliminated through the work zone.
Work on Pierce Park Lane is mostly complete.
Asphalt removal has started on the south side of State Street.
Utility work will follow.
