Utility relocation work is on-going.
Traffic calming plan has been implemented in the neighborhoods north of State Street.
Traffic has been shifted to the south so the contractor can construct the north side of State Street.
Left turns have been eliminated through the work zone.
Carlsbad Way will be closed from April 29th through May 6th for utility work and roadway work.
Contractor is excavating the north side of State Street.
Underground electrical work is on-going.
