Utility relocation work is on-going.
Traffic calming plan has been implemented in the neighborhoods north of State Street
Traffic has been shifted to the south so the Contractor can construct the north side of State Street.
Left turns have been eliminated through the work zone.
Underground electrical work is on-going for street lighting and for the new signal at Pierce Park.
Work on stormwater system is complete on the north side.
Contractor placing base gravels for sidewalk and roadway.
Concrete for sidewalk, curb, and gutter is on-going.
Concrete paving started on Friday, October 3rd and is on-going
