Utility relocation work is on-going.
Traffic calming plan has been implemented in the neighborhoods north of State Street.
Traffic has been shifted to the south so the Contractor can construct the north side of State Street.
Left turns have been eliminated through the work zone.
Contractor is excavating the north side of State Street.
Underground electrical work is on-going.
Work on stormwater system is on-going.
Contractor placing base gravels for sidewalk and roadway.
Concrete for sidewalk, curb, and gutter is expected to start the week of September 9th.
Concrete paving is anticipated to start the week of September 22nd.
