Black Cat Road is closed north of Ustick Road.
Black Cat Road is open south of Ustick Road.
Elmstone Ave, north of Ustick Road, will re-open on Monday morning, April 7th. Once Elmstone is open, Aspenstone Street will be closed at Black Cat Road.
Ustick remains open: Traffic has been shifted onto the temporary asphalt on the south side of Ustick – one lane in each direction. Irrigation and seepage bed installation is ongoing. Roadway and sidewalk demo and prep are ongoing on the north side of Ustick.
Eight mile irrigation: Irrigation is complete for the season. Irrigation work, apart from Nine mile, is nearly complete in preparation for the City’s sewer bypass. Rutledge has been sleeved for sewer line install.
Contractor is starting site prep and demo on N Black Cat – asphalt has been removed up to Aspenstone.

This project is substantially complete.
