Black Cat Road is closed south of Ustick Road.
Traffic has been shifted onto the temporary asphalt on the south side of Ustick.
Irrigation and seepage bed installation is ongoing.
Roadway and sidewalk demo and prep is ongoing.
Eight Mile irrigation box on Black Cat has been demolished.
Excavation for the west side headwall complete.
Irrigation work on Nine Mile and Rutledge has started.
Headwall at Rutledge complete.
Precast box fabrication complete for this season.
Southwest corner of Ustick and Black Cat (Eight Mile) irrigation work ongoing.

This project is substantially complete.
