- Black Cat Road is closed south of Ustick Road.
- Traffic has been shifted onto the temporary asphalt on the south side of Ustick.
- Irrigation and seepage bed installation is ongoing.
- Roadway and sidewalk demo and prep is ongoing.
- Eight Mile irrigation box on Black Cat has been demolished.
- Excavation for the west side headwall complete.
- Headwall is installed.
- Precast box fabrication ongoing.
