Black Cat Road is closed north of Ustick Road.
Black Cat Road is open south of Ustick Road.
Aspenstone Street is closed at Black Cat Road.
Ustick remains open: Traffic has been shifted onto the temporary asphalt on the south side of Ustick – one lane in each direction.
Irrigation and seepage bed installation is nearly complete.
Roadway and sidewalk demo complete, and grade prep complete on the north side of Ustick for curb, gutter, and sidewalk.
Eightmile irrigation: Irrigation is complete for the season. Irrigation work, apart from Ninemile, is nearly complete in preparation for the City’s sewer bypass.
Rutledge has been sleeved for sewer line install.
Contractor is continuing site prep and demo on N Black Cat – asphalt has been removed up to Aspenstone.
Curb and gutter and sidewalk placements ongoing on the north side of Ustick.
Concrete paving placements will be ongoing.
Placement schedule will be every Monday and Wednesday moving forward.

This project is substantially complete.
