March 21, 2025 - Detour Map and Construction Update

Elmstone is closed between Ustick and Alderstone as part of the Ustick, Black Cat to Ten Mile project. The north leg of Black Cat is also closed between Ustick and Aspenstone Street.

Local traffic only can access the neighborhood from Aspenstone Street.

The south leg of Black Cat has been reopened. We appreciate your patience as crews work and remind all residents to slow down through the construction zone.
