October 9 - Project Update

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is committed to providing the traveling public and affected neighborhoods with timely, accurate information regarding the construction schedule for the Ustick, Ten Mile to Linder project.

Based on the current project status and ACHD's review of the contractor’s most recent schedule, construction is anticipated to continue into Spring 2027. ACHD will update project signage, website information, and public notifications to reflect this revised timeline.

The project’s contractual substantial completion date is November 12, 2026. In accordance with the contract, ACHD has the ability to assess fines for each day beyond the contractual date. ACHD has and will continue to encourage the contractor to complete the work as quickly as possible.
